What to Expect

We know that your first time to a new church can be a little uncomfortable, so here are a few questions you may be asking as to what you can expect...

How do I get there without getting lost?

Directions can be found on our Contact page and you can find a link to a map on the same page or just to the left of Pastor Keith's picture on the main page (or just click here). Once you arrive, there should be plenty of parking. You will be greeted warmly with a hand shake or hug and be directed to our guest center, children's ministry, and auditorium.

How should I dress?

Come in whatever is comfortable to you. The culture of FIRST LOVE OUTREACH CENTER is casual. We welcome you to dress as nicely as you would like, but for most of those attending on Sunday mornings, attire is comfortable/casual. You will rarely see anyone wearing a coat and tie, or a dress with high heels. We are more concerned about the heart on the inside than the clothes on the outside.

What is the music like?

Our praise and worship is not the traditional organ and choir that some may be used to. Our music is contemporary and upbeat. No matter what the style, our focus is on His presence.

Do you offer adult Sunday School?

We do not offer Sunday School for adults at this time.

What are the messages like?

While words cannot thoroughly describe the worship experience at FIRST LOVE OUTREACH CENTER, our team is committed to presenting God's truth in compelling, creative, and challenging ways. Pastors Keith and Judy always try to make the messages relevant and applicable for everyday life. Funny, passionate, informative and powerful. If you'd like to listen to a recent sermon, please visit our Multimedia page.

What about my kids?

Your kids will have a blast in our Children's Ministry! There will be games, crafts, praise and worship, and a Bible lesson.

What about my baby?

You are more than welcome to keep your baby with you in service or in our nursery.

Who will be working with my children?

We carefully screen and do a background check on all volunteers that work with the children. We have a great team of loving and caring volunteers to take care of your children so you can have peace of mind while in service.

What about my older children?

Students ages 12 and older participate in our main service. On Thursday evenings we offer a
youth service (ID 2:20) for ages 12-19.

How can I meet some folks or ask additional questions about the church?

You can contact us in any of the ways listed on our Contact page. We would love to hear from you and look forward to meeting or speaking with you.
